Meet Katharine
Katharine excels at seeing the full picture while honing in on what is important to create a successful outcome.
With a broad range of expertise from event planning, and marketing to PR, over the last 19 years, my versatility has led to proven results over and over again.
A San Diego Native, Katharine grew up loving her amazing city and wanting to immerse herself in all that it has to offer. Landing at the Holiday Bowl for nearly 13 years, she perfected her skillset as a project manager.
Starting her own company in 2019, Katharine is passionate about helping entrepreneurs connect the loose ends in their businesses, helping them and implementing processes and systems that allow them to focus on their passion, while the difficult parts of their business are taken care of, automated and running smoothly.


Kyra Morrison, Creative Specialist
Kyra has been working in the online space for over a decade! She specializes in all things creative. Social media, website design, graphic design, course and membership creation, marketing strategy and more. She also has experience in administration, operations and client support but her zone of genius definitely lies in the creative side of businesses.
Outside of this work, Kyra has a passion for health and wellness. She is also a movement teacher, breath work facilitator, and believes it is her purpose to support others in building their dream life in many different capacities. This is why Kyra loves supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses!
Kyra currently lives on the west coast in Vancouver, BC, Canada. She loves everything and anything nature. The ocean, the mountains, the sunshine. She has a constant travel bug and knows that every trip she takes expands her wisdom.
Kyra is eager to continue learning and growing within her role. She feels excited about where this path is leading her, and she can't wait to meet you!

Erica Larocque, Operations Specialist
As a virtual assistant based in the Greater Toronto Area, Erica brings over 17 years of experience in retail and a background in customer service and team management. She’s passionate about supporting clients with various projects, including research, administrative work, and business support. Her specialties also include marketing, minor coding, e-commerce, and graphic design.
In her free time, Erica loves exploring new things and capturing her adventures through travel and photography. She also enjoys fishing, finds relaxation in a good book, and is passionate about technology and art.
Erica loves living by the lake and looks forward to owning a beach house one day. She's dedicated to providing clients with meaningful contributions and dependable support and is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow!
