↠ Golf Course Research & Booking // We’ll scout and present 3 golf course options with budget projections, then handle all communications with the course, from food & beverage to signage and player flow.
↠ Player Registration & Communications // From custom entry forms to confirmation emails, we manage all communications so players feel informed and excited from sign-up to shotgun start.
↠ Player Experience & On-Course Fun // We coordinate contests (long drive, closest to the pin, putting, etc.), source player gifts and trophies, manage pairings and rules, and assemble goodie bags that players actually want.
↠ Sponsor Management & Activation // You land the sponsors (we’ll help you pitch!), and we’ll take it from there—tracking deliverables, logos, signage, and on-site setup so your partners feel valued and seen.
↠ Revenue Strategy Support // We’ll help you increase revenue with strategic day-of offerings like raffles, auctions, and player ticket bundles—plus creative sponsor add-ons and activation ideas.
↠ Pickup, Delivery & Vendor Coordination // From banners to auction baskets, we’ll coordinate pickups and drop-offs (within 35 miles of Del Mar), and manage outside contractors and deliveries with ease.
↠ Event Day Management // We run your full event day—from setting up registration to scoring and reception flow. We bring 2 seasoned team members to manage volunteers, solve problems, and keep the day smooth.
↠ Auction, Raffle & Prize Management // We’ll help gather items, print signage, set up eye-catching displays, and manage purchases so your raffle and auction run professionally—and make you money.
↠ Marketing & Recruitment Support // We provide strategy and light support to help fill your player roster and sponsor spots, leveraging proven techniques and templates to drive results.
↠ Ongoing Management & Post-Event Wrap-Up // We handle budget tracking, hold planning meetings, and send thank-you notes. After the event, we provide a full financial wrap-up and improvement suggestions for next year.
I’ve been planning golf tournaments and large-scale events of all kinds for over 20 years. Since picking up golf myself in 2020, everything changed.
I started to see events not just as a planner—but as a player. And let me tell you, that perspective matters. I know how it feels to arrive at check-in, to hit a sponsored contest hole, to walk into the reception. And I bring that insight to every single event I plan.
